How it works
We have a few different types of classes breaking into a fundamentals, competitive, and recreational stream.

Introduction classes

Learn to Dive is a one-stop shop to learn all the diving fundamentals. This class teaches the fundamentals of diving with a focus on safety while working on technique and skill development in a fun and relaxed environment. We recommend every athlete starts at this level to get comfortable with diving.
- One day a week requirement, for more classes a week we recommend a different level
- Focus on fun and body awareness
- No expectation to go to away meets, but please consider home meets
- No expectation to go to dryland gymnastic but a great opportunity

ADult classes

Adult classes are where the fun happens! This class is designed for adults either trying diving for the first time or returning to the sport they love. Adults will work with their coach to put together lesson plans that fit their individual goals and needs.

Parent Dive

Have you been watching your child dive for a while now and thinking how much fun it would be to try it out for yourself? Now is your chance with our new Parent Dive class. This class will run at the same time as our Learn to Dive class on Tuesdays making it easy for parents to join in on the action. You will run over some of the same skills as your child with more of a focus on body awareness, safety, and show dives.
