Introduction classes
Learn to Dive is a one-stop-shop to learn all the diving fundamentals. This class teaches the fundamentals of diving with a focus on safety while working on technique and skill development in a fun and relaxed environment. We recommend every athlete starts at this level to get comfortable with diving.
- One day a week requirement, for more classes a week we recommend a different level - Focus on fun and body awareness - No expectation to go to away meets, but please consider home meets - No expectation to go to dryland, gymnastic but a great opportunity |
Intro to Diving is designed for a quick introduction to diving. This class will act as a slightly shorter Learn to Dive practice and is recommended for individuals who have never dove before and who are younger. This practice will be 1 hour long.
