But you can call us KSDC for short. KSDC is a Recreational and Competitive Dive Club in Kelowna, BC. We have athletes of all levels and ages ranging from 4-year-old beginners to adult classes. We also have competitive team training at the novice national level. KSDC's goal is to teach everyone how fun diving can be and bring driven athletes into a competitive environment. The Kelowna Springboard Diving Club combines fun and fitness with an emphasis on achieving each diver’s personal goals.
  • Training is provided on crash mats, deck-boards, poolside trampolines, a dryboard, trampolines, 1 meter and 3 meter diving boards, and a 3 meter platform.
  • Divers of all levels are welcome.
  • Lessons at H20 Recreation + Family Fitness Centre and Kelowna Family YMCA in Rutland.
  • If you can swim you can dive, all swimmers are welcome.
  • We love the Olympics just like you! Learn to dive like an Olympian.
