This is the interest list for our Fall 2023 Session that runs from mid-September to December. Classes have not been finalized and will not be until mid-July.

But you can call us KSDC for short. KSDC is a Recreational and Competitive Dive Club in Kelowna BC. We have athletes of all levels and ages ranging from 4 year old beginners to adult classes. We also have competitive team training at the junior national level. KSDC's goal is to teach everyone how fun diving can be and bring driven athletes into a competitive environment.

The Kelowna Springboard Diving Club combines fun and fitness with an emphasis on achieving each diver’s personal goals.
  • Training is provided on both 1 meter and 3 meter diving boards and 3 meter platform.
  • Divers of all levels are welcome.
  • Lessons at H20 Recreation + Family Fitness Centre and Kelowna Family YMCA Rutland.
  • If you can swim you can dive, all swimmers are welcome.
